With our increasingly pressurised lifestyles, and rising rates of anxiety and depression, it’s important that as many people as possible have access to practical and effective strategies for resolving emotional problems, relieving stress and promoting relaxation.
Some people prefer one-to-one therapy which is tailored to their individual needs. Others welcome the opportunity to learn new ideas and skills in a group or workshop setting.
Over the years, Rachel has run relaxation and stress management workshops for a variety of organisations including the Exeter Drugs Project and Women’s Aid, and has tutored on adult learning courses for the Workers’ Educational Association.
She is always willing to consider requests from education and healthcare providers, businesses and other organisations who are requiring courses or workshops for:
